(a) Account info you give us: name, email, and optional company, title, phone, and nicknames. (b) Email and calendar data from accounts you connect, used solely to provide the service. (c) Service usage records: sign-in times, feature usage, and AI usage totals (token counts — never content) used for operations and billing.
Your mail is fetched using the OAuth permissions you grant, stored encrypted in a compartment isolated per member, and processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to classify and draft — under API terms that prohibit training on your data. Nothing is sent from your accounts without your explicit approval. Administrators cannot read member mail.
Only the services that make Control Q work: your email providers (Google / Microsoft / Yahoo — data flows you initiated), our AI provider (Anthropic), and our hosting provider (Render, servers in the United States). We never sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. Google user data is used in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Your data stays in your compartment while your account exists. Ask us to delete your account (or be removed) and the entire compartment is erased. Disconnecting an individual mail account removes its data from active syncing; you may also revoke our access in your provider's settings at any time.
Encrypted secrets vault, per-member data isolation, HTTPS everywhere, audit logging of actions, and no plaintext storage of tokens or passwords. No system is perfectly secure — if a breach affects your data, we will notify you promptly.
